Tuesday: Bacon wrapped Berkshire pork tenderloin with fresh pear-horseradish cream, seared carrots and greens.
Wednesday: Housemade lobster ravioli in orange-basil butter sauce; sugar snap peas, pistachios and sweet pepper potpourri.
Friday: Shrimp scampi with handmade Italian orecchiette pasta, fresh cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs.
