ACADEMY MAPLETON HILL
For years, history and meaning have enriched the grounds of the future Academy Mapleton Hill.
Our new community will include 93 independent residences, 12 memory care residences and 42 skilled nursing/rehabilitation residences on a beautiful 16 acre site on Mapleton Hill nestled up against the foothills of Boulder.
Occupying a 16-acre site, the new community will include independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitative care, long-term and memory care options. Academy Mapleton Hill will offer a full spectrum of care and services, including communal dining, social and recreation facilities, and special safety and convenience features including, among others, transportation, housekeeping and linen services and organized social activities.
We have experienced much interest from prospective residents. Although construction is not expected to begin until 2019 and won’t be completed until 2022, prospective residents are already asking to “get in the queue” for this very unique community. To accomplish this, we are accepting “Waitlist Agreements” in the form attached. These agreements require a fully-refundable Waitlist Deposit of $5,000. Waitlist Agreements are the first step toward becoming a future resident of Academy | Mapleton Hill.

Caring For Our Past, Preserving Our Future
The Academy on Mapleton Hill will honor the legacy of this beautiful site by preserving, reusing and landmarking five existing historic buildings and features on the site. The historical buildings on site will remain and will meaningfully contribute to the campus.. Additionally, a digital historical interpretive program will be created and made available to the public. The campus will be open and a vibrant part of the surrounding neighborhood and community.
The Academy Mapleton Hill’s topography and relationship with the Sanitas open space will be maintained and enhanced. And, we have also guaranteed a permanent pedestrian Open Space trail easement that will enable access to Sanitas and Dakota Ridge trails.
